We have scripted, produced and recorded a range of audio for bespoke telephony voice systems. In essence these can be easier described as the “on hold” or “menus” that you hear when dialing through to a menu driven telephone line. We believe these systems are essential to achieving ease of use through complex system, but also in conveying information in the event of an out of hours call, such as opening times, holiday periods, closures, or special offers for example.

We provided our client with a portfolio of voice talent available to HardwireMedia, from which they were able to find the best match to their criteria. From here we wrote a script, recording and encompassing both present and future special announcements for the telephony system.
Mawson&Company
Mawson&Company approached us to record and present a series of recordings for their telephone system, including a set of seasonal and special opening arrangements, and extension options. These were presented via Email, but many other formats are available.
